From the floor

This is the file we keep on the rooms Novaluxia PH stood in during 2026. Three venues so far, plus one launch backdrop. The 32nd National Retail Conference and Expo 2026 (Retail Solutions Asia) at the SMX Convention Center, organised by the Philippine Retailers Association. The ASEAN FinTech Summit Manila 2026, where the main stage read ASEAN TECH SUMMIT PHILIPPINES. The Retail & E-Commerce Innovation Marketing & Tech Summit Philippines 2026 (#REPH2026) at Shangri-La The Fort in Bonifacio Global City, listed for 10 September 2026. Then the official launching ceremony, with its own group photo.

Every entry below is a dispatch, not a diary. Each one is built from two things: a photograph the platform has already published and a date on an article the platform has already posted. Nothing else makes the cut.

What Novaluxia showed up to in 2026#

Start with the room you want:

1. NRCE 2026. The full dispatch opens with the official "MEET OUR EXHIBITORS!" board, where the Novaluxia name sits on the same panel as SM Retail, Globe Business, PLDT Enterprise and Salesforce, then walks the blue booth and the group photos. The platform's own Day 1 report is dated 9 August 2026.
2. The ASEAN FinTech Summit Manila 2026. This dispatch has the main stage, the roundtable room and the networking lounge, from the platform's own article dated 1 August 2026 and the photographs that came back with the team.
3. REPH 2026 at Shangri-La The Fort. The dispatch starts at the sponsor board outside Bonifacio Hall, where Novaluxia is listed next to Twilio and vCeed, and picks up the roundtable moderators slide with the mark in its top-left corner.
4. The names in the room. The photographs with officials cover Senator Bam Aquino, Commissioner Rogelio Quevedo of the Securities and Exchange Commission and Secretary Cristina Alderete Roque of the Department of Trade and Industry. Each was photographed with the team at an event. We leave it at that.
5. The official launching ceremony. The ceremony dispatch carries the group photo against the NOVALUXIA SHOPPING APP backdrop, the blue tote bags handed to visitors and the two Bb. Pilipinas 2026 titleholders photographed with the team at the booth.

How we verify a venue#

Two tests, and both have to pass. One: a photograph the platform has already published from that floor, whether it is signage, a booth, a stage or a hotel lobby. Two: a date on a page the platform has already posted. The NRCE Day 1 report is dated 9 August 2026, the ASEAN FinTech Summit article 1 August 2026, and REPH 2026 is listed for 10 September 2026.
