Is Novaluxia Legit? How to Spot a Fake App or Seller
The real Novaluxia leaves public markers a copy cannot print: a name on the official NRCE 2026 exhibitor board, two store identifiers, a dated first merchant partner and a dated bank partnership.

If you arrived here after typing is Novaluxia legit or novaluxia scam into a search bar, skip the verdict and go straight to the paper trail. The platform leaves markers a copied app cannot print: a name on an official exhibitor board, two store listings with fixed identifiers, and dated announcements from 2026 that a seller page cannot borrow. We have watched visitors run those checks at our expo table in under a minute.
The short version of what Novaluxia is: a social e-commerce platform built around group buying, points and community, incubated by Innoventure Global Partners Ltd, with the Philippines as its first Asia-Pacific launch market and a Makati regional headquarters. That is the platform a fake has to dress up as. The costume is easy to spot once you know the real thing.
The exhibitor board is the hardest marker to fake#
The 32nd National Retail Conference and Expo 2026 (Retail Solutions Asia) is organised by the Philippine Retailers Association, and the exhibitor board is printed by the organiser, not by the exhibitors. Novaluxia is on it, in the same block as SM Retail, SM Supermalls, Converge Global Business, Globe Business, Salesforce, PLDT Enterprise, Ayala Malls, UNILAB, Araneta City, Robinsons Malls, POSIFLEX, Mercury Drug, RELX × Argon&Co, ETPI (Unified Commerce Solutions), AVOLUTION and CentricSoftware. We photographed the board, and the NRCE 2026 dispatch carries it.
Sixteen other companies share that board, and none of them are unknowns. A copied operation running out of a chat window has nothing to put next to those names. The platform's own Day 1 report carries a date: 9 August 2026.
The two store listings are the easy check#
App identity is boring, which is why it works. On Google Play, the official package identifier is uni.UNI7878C48. On the App Store, the official listing carries id 6746707874. Those strings are what you match against the page you installed from. A file sent through a message, a link from a comment thread or an APK someone offers to sideload sits on neither listing.

The identifiers sit under two official domains as well: novaluxia.com for the brand side and novaluxia.ph for the shop side. Those are the ones printed on platform material.
Two dates a seller page never carries#
Partnership dates are dull until you try to fake one. Primeline Philippines was named the first local merchant partner on 17 March 2026, with JML Beauty, IN2IT, Scentchips and Aquadry among its lines. On 20 May 2026 came the strategic partnership with Security Bank. Both dates are attached to companies that keep public records of their own. A copy can lift a logo in a minute. It cannot lift a signing date, because there is nothing behind it.
Where the novaluxia scam searches actually land#
None of the above stops anyone from copying a logo. The novaluxia scam pages we get asked about in messages follow three shapes, and they are the same shapes that show up around any popular platform: a file that claims to be the app but lives outside the two stores, a seller page that exists nowhere in the app catalogue, and a payment request that moves the conversation off the order screen and into a private account.
The people behind those pages are not targeting this platform in particular. They copy whichever platform has a name worth borrowing that month, and this year the name is on a lot of expo signage around Metro Manila. A copy is a copy. It is not news about the original.
QR codes get copied too. The one we can vouch for is the table card on the booth at NRCE 2026, printed with READY TO DISCOVER MORE? SCAN HERE! and stacked next to the brochures. A sticker on a post or a code dropped into your messages is not that card, and it does not get the benefit of the doubt.

What to do in the first two minutes#
- Open the store you installed from and match the identifier: uni.UNI7878C48 on Google Play, 6746707874 on the App Store.
- Keep the order inside the app. The moment a seller asks for a transfer somewhere else, stop.
- Never pass on an OTP. A purchase does not need the code your bank just sent you.
- Ask for a date. Primeline on 17 March 2026 and Security Bank on 20 May 2026 are the kind of dates a copy cannot produce.
- At an event, scan the card on the table rather than a poster or a favour.
- If something slipped through, gather the screenshots and the order details and send them through the in-app support channel, which is the one that can act on it.
Run the list once and you have your answer. Two store identifiers and two partnership dates are the shortest route to it, and no copy gets past both of them.

We keep the fuller record of where this platform has appeared, with dates on every line, in The Record. The booth-side detail, for anyone who wants it, is in Inside the Booth. Both get a new row every time there is a new event to write down.
Quick answers
- Is Novaluxia legit?
- On the public record, yes. Novaluxia is printed on the official MEET OUR EXHIBITORS board for the 32nd National Retail Conference and Expo 2026, its app sits on Google Play and the App Store, and Primeline Philippines was named as the first local merchant partner on 17 March 2026.
- How do I check that the Novaluxia app I installed is the real one?
- Open the store page you installed it from and match the identifier. Google Play shows the package uni.UNI7878C48, and the App Store listing carries id 6746707874. An app from a chat message or a sideloaded file sits on neither listing.
- A seller asked me to pay outside the app. What do I do?
- Orders on Novaluxia run through the app, and so does the support that can act on a problem. Keep the payment inside the app, and send the seller details to the in-app support channel.
- Whose names sit next to Novaluxia on the NRCE 2026 exhibitor board?
- The board prints Novaluxia with SM Retail, SM Supermalls, Converge Global Business, Globe Business, RELX with Argon&Co, ETPI, Salesforce, PLDT Enterprise, Ayala Malls, UNILAB, Araneta City, Robinsons Malls, POSIFLEX, Mercury Drug, AVOLUTION and CentricSoftware.
- What does the scan sign at the booth lead to?
- The table card carries the line READY TO DISCOVER MORE? SCAN HERE! and the QR on it opens the official app and site paths. We photographed that card on the booth table at NRCE 2026.
