Novaluxia PH at the ASEAN FinTech Summit Manila 2026
Novaluxia PH spent a day at the ASEAN FinTech Summit Manila 2026, and the platform's own post about it is dated 1 August 2026. Here is the main stage, the roundtable, the lounge and the booth, in the order we walked them.

Novaluxia PH was at the ASEAN FinTech Summit Manila 2026. The platform's own post about the summit carries the date 1 August 2026 and went out under three tags: #ASEANTech, #DigitalEconomy and #ASEANTechSummit. We came home with photographs rather than a press release, so this dispatch is about the room.
The letters across the main stage read ASEAN TECH SUMMIT PHILIPPINES. That is the image at the top of this page, taken before the hall filled.
Why the platform went#
The platform's own write-up names three subjects and one goal. The subjects are digital transformation, financial inclusion and cybersecurity. The goal is a safer and more sustainable digital economy, which is the line the summit kept returning to across the day.
That is the official description, short enough to keep in your head. Our side of it is the order we walked: stage, roundtable, lounge, booth.
The main stage#
A summit opens with the biggest room it has. Ours had the ASEAN TECH SUMMIT PHILIPPINES letters across the front of the stage, a screen wide enough to make the speaker look small, and rows still filling when the first session started.
Stage time at events like this belongs to the people who set policy and the people who build the rails. Our team sat through it with notebooks out, and the useful part was hearing the opening themes come back later in different words from people who were not reading the same brief. Digital transformation turns up first as a slide, then as a question about who pays for it. Financial inclusion starts as a phrase and becomes a branch, a phone, or a form. Cybersecurity keeps coming back whether or not anyone has written it down.
Novaluxia was in the room for that part. Sitting in a hall is not a headline, but it is how a platform hears what the next round of industry rules will sound like before it lands as a memo.

A conference day has a shape. You queue, you listen, you stand up, you take one photograph because someone asked. Ours is the thumbs-up in front of the backdrop, two of the team, lanyards on and both grinning at the camera.
It is not the most informative picture in this post. It shows we were in the room, which is a different claim from being on a guest list. Keep it next to the rest of the event record and the platform's 2026 starts to look like a line rather than a list.
The roundtable room#

The good half of any summit happens after the main stage empties. The room gets smaller, the table gets long, and the same subjects come back with less polish. Digital transformation becomes a question about what a small merchant needs before a digital payment makes sense. The distance between a person and the nearest branch is what financial inclusion looks like from up close. And cybersecurity turns into the question nobody enjoys: what happens to the data after the sale.
This is the format where positions get tested rather than announced, and people usually leave the table with each other's numbers. We took the photograph and stayed for the whole session.
The lounge, where the agenda stops#

Nobody publishes a program for the lounge. Attendees drift out between sessions, find a low table, and finish the conversation the panel could not. Ours meant sitting with people from other corners of the industry and finding that the same complaints follow everyone around.
What gets said in a lounge usually stays in the lounge, so we will not quote anyone. The photograph is enough: a room of people talking across tables, in the hour where a summit stops being a stage and starts being a network. Most of the introductions our team came home with were made there.
The booth side of the day#

Summit days are not all auditoriums. Part of the team spent the middle of the day at the booth, phone in hand, walking anyone who stopped through the app screen by screen. This is the least dramatic photograph here, and the most useful: a booth conversation is the only part of the day where the subject under discussion can also be opened and tried.
You can see what that walkthrough looks like from the visitor's side inside the booth.
Where this sits in the year#
One summit is not a season. Set 1 August 2026 next to the rest of the platform's calendar and it reads as one line in a longer list: the retail side in August, the September one in Bonifacio Global City, a Singapore product launch back in April 2026.
The tags fill in the rest. On the retail posts the platform runs #NovaluxiaPH, #NRCE2026, #RetailSolutionsAsia and #NEWNEXTFORWARD, with #SMXConvention riding along, which is how we read the venue on that side of the year. September's event ran under #REPH2026, #DigitalInnovation and #techsummit. All of it is dated and public, and it is collected in our 2026 public record.
If you are starting from zero on the platform before reading a dispatch, the short version is on what Novaluxia is: a social e-commerce platform built around group buying, points and community.
